Plan your next dad dates

If you work away from home, travel a lot, or don’t see your children often due to access limitations, here’s an activity to try:

Ask the kids to come up with some suggestions for what they would like to do on their next “Dad date”. During Skype chats while you are away from your children you can discuss their ideas and decide what to do, and book it into your calendar for the agreed day.

Tips:

Don’t create a kid cave!

Tips:

Your child and current news

Keep up with current news and encourage your children to take an interest in the world around them. Discuss events together as a family.
