Encourage a healthy lifestyle

Spend active time with your kids – go for a swim, kick a footy at the park, or go for a bike ride. Encourage them to get outdoors and play.

  • Role modelling is more powerful than talking about exercise or just watching it on TV
  • Encourage enjoyment of physical activity – not everything has to be a competition

Grab spare sheets and other linen plus any available chairs to construct a tent cubby in your lounge room.
