Get involved in your kids’ school

Become part of the school community so you can get to know other parents as well as be more aware of what your child is learning and how they are progressing.

  • Attend parents’ evenings and parent-teacher interviews
  • Attend some of their school camps if parent help is requested
  • Read or do puzzles with them at drop-off time
  • Ask your kids to show you their artwork etc

Raise your kids to be adventurous

Don’t wrap your children in cotton wool and try to protect them from the world and all its dangers. Instead, teach them to recognise and manage the risks in a situation so they can confidently challenge themselves.
