“Post-it” notes in the lunch box

Kids love something special in their lunch at school so why not send them a Dad Note. It can be as simple as “I love you”, or “Good luck with tennis” or “Have a great day – thinking of you”.

Try writing the notes – you will be surprised how a short little note in their lunch box goes a long way. They will take less than 5 minutes to write, and you can then ask the children’s carer to put them in the lunch boxes when you are away. Oh yes, you can also do this when the children are home with you!

What Children Need from Their Dads
