Share the team manager role

If you are away from home through work or travel, or don’t have regular access to your children, and are therefore not able to be there each week, you may be reluctant to take on a team manager role for your child’s sport. Have you thought about being team manager on a shared basis? You may be used to sharing a job at work, so why not use this experience to take on a shared team manager role.

Children usually really like it when their dad is doing something to support their team.
