The routine of our daily lives has been changed by COVID-19. You may be wondering how you are going to keep your kids engaged in a healthy and balanced schedule each day? We are here to help!

Research shows that children cope better with a routine and consistency, so setting up daily habits are strongly recommended. A second tip is to draw up a family activity plan including daily routines to help you establish your new norm.

As more people are working from home and still juggling home schooling, setting up some baseline structures is critical.

Together you can draw up a timetable and task list to complete. This will provide you with a cooperative, mindful and supportive home environment that will help everyone function effectively.
