Cameron is back in the kitchen cooking Cam-style Chicken Kiev

Chicken Kiev

Chicken Kiev is a family favourite. Having most of our family GF means it has not been on our plate for quite some time. So, this recipe is GF and super tasty. I use thigh fillets as they stay moist better than breast fillets. So, have a crack and enjoy homemade Kiev’s.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken thighs – no bone
  • Garlic butter
  • Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Flour
  • Seasoning

Method:

  1. Put a good lump of garlic butter into the centre of the thigh. Roll up and hold together with toothpicks
  2. Crumb thigh rolls
  3. Shallow fry chicken for 60second each side or till golden brown
  4. Cook in moderate (170c) oven for 40min
  5. Serve with your choice of veggies and chips or veggies and potato mash
