Chicken Kiev is a family favourite. Having most of our family GF means it has not been on our plate for quite some time. So, this recipe is GF and super tasty. I use thigh fillets as they stay moist better than breast fillets. So, have a crack and enjoy homemade Kiev’s.
- Chicken thighs – no bone
- Garlic butter
- Put a good lump of garlic butter into the centre of the thigh. Roll up and hold together with toothpicks
- Crumb thigh rolls
- Shallow fry chicken for 60second each side or till golden brown
- Cook in moderate (170c) oven for 40min
- Serve with your choice of veggies and chips or veggies and potato mash
