Lemongrass and ginger prawns, and easy and fast meal to cook. A Thai inspired recipe you can add chilli to taste. I end up using garlic instead of ginger in this episode. Do whatever suits you!
- 300g peeled green prawns
- 150ml coconut cream
- 2tbs ginger minced ginger
- 2 tbs mince lemongrass
- Chilli flakes to taste
- Combine coconut cream, ginger and chilli in a bowl
- Heat frypan and melt some butter and sesame oil. Fry prawns on one side for 60-90seconds and flip. Cook another 60seconds. Remove from pan
- In same pan bring coconut mix to the boil and add prawns and cook for 60 seconds. Remove from heat and serve.
