Home made chicken nuggets are super easy to make and you can vary the flavours to suit your taste! This recipe just keeps it simple and think of it as a base recipe to build on.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken fillets
- 800gm potatoes (boiled)
- Bread crumbs
- 2tbs paprika
- 3tbs crushed garlic
- Seasoning of your choice
Method
- Dice up potatoes and boil
- Dice chicken fillets
- Combine chicken potatoes and seasoning in a food processor, split quantities so you don’t overload the processor.
- Once blended combine mix into a bowl.
- Place bread crumbs in a bowl. Using 2 spoons to create nugget size balls and drop them into the bread crumbs and coat them.
- Heat frypan and coat with oil spray. Load nugget balls and flatten out with a spatular. Cook for 2min either side. Or add vege oil to cover pan about 5mm deep. Cook the same time.
