About our Guest Lisanne Iriks

Lisanne is an award-winning mediator who specialises in family mediation and workplace mediation. Lisanne says she loves being a mediator and loves training people in conflict resolution and negotiation skills as she sees how much suffering conflict causes in people’s lives and knows it does not have to be this way!

She has a decade of experience in Dispute Resolution and Mediation, and has assisted hundreds of clients through the mediation process. Most recently, she won the award for Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner of the Year at the Australian ADR Awards and was a finalist nominated for Australian Mediator of the Year in 2019 and 2020 at the Australasian Law Awards.
