The last few years have been incredibly tough for everyone, amongst COVID and natural disasters, it’s no surprise that many individual’s mental health has suffered because of it.

In this podcast we sit down with Dr Mark Deady from the Black Dog Institute to discuss mental health post-COVID, what some of the research says about the impact on our mental health, and strategies we can use to help ourselves, children and loved ones move forward.

About our guest Dr Mark Deady 

With over 14 years research experience in the area of mental health and substance use research, Mark is currently the research lead of the workplace mental health team.

He has extensive expertise in the development of digital interventions, online service delivery, clinical trial evaluation, and workplace mental health.

His primary research interest is in improving access to evidence-based prevention and early intervention through technology, and the translation of research into practice, particularly in vulnerable populations including young people and high-risk workforces.
