About Justin Langer
As the Australian men’s cricket coach, Justin Langer had the responsibility of bringing together teams for three cricket formats – Test matches, One-Day Internationals and Twenty20 Internationals.
He has vast experience in developing high-performing teams with a focus on both building good people, as well as good cricketers. As a board member of the West Coast Eagles AFL team, he also has insight into another high-performing sports culture.
Being a husband and father of four girls, Justin is dedicated to the most important team of all – his family.
