Camp cooking needs to be simple and having a one pot meal is always a win. In this variation we cook the pasta in the pot with the meat sauce. I also added more veggies to the sauce.
Ingredients

1kg Wallaby mince
-
Bottle red wine
-
Knob of garlic
-
Mixed herbs
-
Onion powder
-
Mushroom
-
Capsicum
-
Carrots
-
Cucumber
-
Onion
-
Spaghetti Pasta
-
600ml water (or beef stock)

Butter
Method
-
- Heat pot and melt butter and add garlic
- Add mince, onion and brown off
- Add veges, herbs, red wine, water and bring to the boil, simmer 10-15 min with lid on
- Add pasta and put the lid on. Stirring occasionally till pasta has absorbed the fluid.
- Serve up with some cheese on top.
