A super tasty muffin recipe that the family will love. Just remember when you are loading up the muffin papers don’t overload it!!!
Ingredients
- 300g Self raising flour
- 200g Castor sugar
- 160ml oil
- 150ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 150g white chocolate buds
- 150g frozen raspberries
Method
- Preheat oven to 180c
- Combine flour and sugar
- Add oil, milk, vanilla and egg to the dry mix. Stir through
- Once mixed add chocolate and combine. Then gently stir through the frozen raspberries.
- Lay out muffin papers in a muffin tin and 1/3 fill each paper. Place in oven for 20min.
- Once cooked allow to cool and enjoy.
