The Fathering Project improves student development outcomes by engaging, inspiring, equipping and supporting fathers and father figures to engage with their kids effectively.

“The benefits for the school will be increased levels of engagement with dad’s indirectly it will support children’s engagement in school and feeling connected with dad or granddads at home. I think having this project should highlight for dads that it is imperative they are involved with their child’s education as a partnership with mothers and the school. We are fortunate at Charles Conder that we do have a range of fathers connected to school already.”
