Who You Can Refer

You can refer dads who are:

  • seeking to reconnect with their children
  • navigating the Family Law Court
  • facing separation or conflict
  • experiencing mental or emotional stress
  • feeling isolated or without support
  • needing parenting help or guidance
  • at risk of disengaging from family or community
  • wanting to build positive, healthy father–child relationships

If you’re unsure whether a father fits the criteria — refer anyway. We will work with him to determine the right level of support.

What Happens After a Referral

  1. Our team receives the referral
  2. We contact the dad directly (if appropriate and safe)
  3. A support worker is assigned
  4. We conduct a warm, welcoming first conversation
  5. A personalised support plan is created
  6. Ongoing support begins at the dad’s pace
