“I joined the board of The Fathering Project because I am passionate about the importance and value of positive and confident parenting, particularly from dads. I believe that if we have confident parents raising confident and valued kids, then many of society’s problems will be significantly diminished.”

Martin is a former journalist who now co-owns and operates a number of successful WA businesses including The Margaret River Chocolate Company, Coward & Black Vineyards and live music venue, The Sewing Room.
He is the former chairman of WA’s oldest not for profit organisation, Ngala, where he was on the board for 20 years. He is married with two teenage sons.
