The Fathering Project speaks with Helen Stevens, Registered Nurse, Midwife, and Maternal and Child Health Nurse, Infant Mental Health Clinician and author, who has incorporated recent research and findings into her presentations, clinical work, education and writing.

Her work links real family struggles with neuroscience, theories and an understanding of the fundamental infant-parent relationship. With over 20 years experience in the field, she helps parents to take an informed approach to infant sleep, wellbeing and mental health.

She’s the author of Safe Sleep Space’ and Connect to Sleep, and contributing author to ‘The Science of Mother-Infant Sleep’, she has also provided education to thousands of parents and professionals over the past 10 years.
